Welcome to PhysioSunit Online Store. These Terms and Conditions explain how our digital downloads and Print-on-Demand (POD) products work. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms below.
1. Types of Products We Offer
Digital Downloads
These include PDFs, exercise charts, guides, and handouts.
They are delivered instantly by email and through a download link after payment.
No physical item will be shipped.
Print-on-Demand (POD) Items
These are physical products printed only after you place an order.
We place the print order with Canva Print’s print partners, who produce and ship the item to your address.
2. Important Medical Note
Our content including digital and printed materials is for education only.
It does not replace assessment or treatment by a qualified physiotherapist.
Use exercises only if they are suitable for your condition.
3. Ordering and Payment
When you place an order, you confirm that:
- Your email and shipping details are correct
- You agree to the listed price and shipping fee for POD products
- You authorize the payment method
Payments are handled by secure third-party gateways.
We do not store your card details.
4. Delivery
Digital Products
- Delivered instantly after payment
- No shipping charge
- You are responsible for using a device that can open PDF files
POD Products
- Production and delivery timelines are estimated, not guaranteed
- Shipping times may vary based on location, courier service, and holidays
- Tracking details will be shared if available
5. Returns and Refunds
Digital Downloads
These cannot be returned or refunded once delivered.
Refunds are allowed only if:
- You were charged twice
- You received the wrong or a corrupt file
- You cannot access your download due to a technical issue on our end
POD Products
Because they are custom-printed, refunds are allowed only if:
- The item arrives damaged
- Print quality is defective
- You receive the wrong product
- The shipment is lost confirmed by courier
Please report issues within 7 days and include photos.
No refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect address provided
- Delivery delays outside our control
6. Use of Digital Files
When you buy a digital product, you can use it personally or in your clinic.
You cannot share, resell, upload publicly, or rebrand the files.
7. Combined Orders
If you order both digital and POD items:
- Digital items arrive instantly
- POD items arrive separately
- Refunds apply only to the specific item that qualifies
8. Limitations
We are not responsible for:
- Misuse of exercises
- Delivery delays from courier services
- Problems caused by incorrect shipping details
- Technical issues on the customer’s device
9. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated anytime. Continued use of the site means you accept the new terms.
