Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at PhysioSunit. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and replacements are handled for both digital products and Print-on-Demand (POD) physical items.

1. Digital Products (Non-Refundable)

1.1 No Returns or Cancellations

All digital products—including downloadable PDFs, exercise charts, guides, and handouts—are delivered instantly after payment.  

Because digital files cannot be returned, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations once the order is completed.

1.2 Exceptions

A refund may be issued only if:  

- You were charged twice for the same product  

- You received a corrupted or incorrect file  

- A technical issue on our side prevented access to your download

Please include your order number and describe the issue clearly. 

2. Print-on-Demand (POD) Physical Products

Our physical items are custom-printed and shipped through third-party print partners after you place an order.

2.1 No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:  

- Change of mind  

- Incorrect product selection  

- Mistakes in the shipping address provided by the customer  

 

POD products are made specifically for you and cannot be restocked.

2.2 Eligible Refunds & Exchange

You may request a replacement/exchange or refund if:  

- The product arrives damaged  

- The print quality is defective  

- You receive the wrong item  

- The item is lost during shipping (confirmed by courier)

2.3 Reporting a POD Issue

To request help, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- Order number  

- Clear photos of the defect or damage  

- Photo of packaging (if applicable)  

- Short explanation of the issue  

 

We will coordinate with Canva Print to resolve the matter.

2.4 Production & Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines provided by Canva Print are estimates.  

Delays caused by courier services, holidays, weather, or regional logistics do not qualify for refunds.

3. Combined Orders (Digital + POD)

If your order includes both digital and POD items:  

- Digital items remain non-refundable  

- POD items may be refunded or replaced only under the conditions listed above  

 

Refunds for one category do not apply to the entire order.

4. Orthopaedic Appliances 

Items such as lumbar belts, braces, supports, and similar medical-use products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene, safety, and medical-use regulations.

This includes:

  • Wrong size chosen by customer

  • Change of mind

  • Opened or tried-on items

  • Items purchased by mistake

A replacement will be provided only if:

  • The wrong product/size was delivered (our mistake)

  • The item arrives damaged

  • There is a manufacturing defect

  • The shipment is lost

These issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video evidence.

5. General Physical Products

Non-medical physical items may follow standard return eligibility if unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Return period: 7 days (unless otherwise mentioned).
Defective or damaged items will be replaced.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

If the shipping address provided is incomplete or incorrect:  

- POD orders cannot be refunded  

- Reprints and reshipping will require additional payment from the customer

7. Order Cancellation

5.1 Digital Products 

Cannot be cancelled once the download link is issued.

5.2 POD Products

Cancellations are not possible once the order has been submitted to Canva Print for production.
